  Make sure you've installed the 4.0.5IOP NFS maintenance patch along
  with the rest of 4.0.5IOP. If you're sure you have, you may need the
  "IP20 ethernet patch".  This comes *after* 4.0.5IOP, and is not to be
  confused with the older "E++ patch" (see the previous question).
