NWRF Global Upper Air Data from 1963-1970

BRIEF

The major parameters in this file are observation time, number of levels, pressure of level, height of level, temperature of level, relative humidity of level, and wind direction and speed of the level. This file was produced from upper air data received from the National Weather Service (NWS), National Meteorological Center. The first level is always the surface, and the standard and significant levels then follow in decreasing pressure (ascending height) order. Related files include the GLOBAL RAWINSONDE TD-5681 file, and the SURFACE/UPPER AIR TD-6100 and TD-6200 series.
