There apparently was some confusion about whether the draft term paper due on Monday the 27th was "optional". It is not optional.

What I did say, is that even if a draft was not handed in on Monday the 27th, I would still accept papers on the final due date.

However, students who do this put themselves at great risk. I will not be forgiving in grading mistakes or problems that should have been taken care of in the draft, and it quite likely the grade will suffer. Its not necessary I impose a penalty now, because the penalty will be self-imposed later.
